Are you thinking of having a family portrait taken in Santa Cruz? I’m personally ready for sun dresses and warm sunny days!
Last week Anna, from Freedom Bakery, stopped by with her 3 girls and her mother who was visiting from Taiwan. I was happy to meet Anna’s new baby who is a month old. I don’t know why I am always so surprised how small newborns are, so delicate and so precious. They change and grow so fast. You can never have too many pictures.
We had a little photo session in my studio. I love the girls spring dresses and the flowers in their hair. This time of year is definitely the start of portrait season. I love Spring portrait sessions in a garden or park. So many flowers are starting to bloom right now and I recently found an amazing spot with old growth wisteria in downtown Santa Cruz.
Big sisters with big personalities. I can tell they are very happy with their new playmate.
They had a lot of ideas for poses and photos. One of my favorites is posted above. Not sure what they had in mind but I like it.
Anna and sweet Sophie.
